BLF con softphone Microsip

Sul softphone MICROSIP 3.19 ho registrato il mio numero interno 200 e aggiunto nei contatti un altro interno (201) registrato su un telefono VOIP YEALINK T21PE2. Premetto che tutto funziona, chiamate ed anche trasferimento tra interni.
Adesso, stando a queste indicazioni trovate su google:
"How does BLF work in MicroSIP?
How BLF works in MicroSIP: Users must enable "Publish presence" in Account window. You must enable "Presence subscription" for users in your Contacts. After that, users in your Contacts become colored. If they still grey - configure your SIP server (PBX). When user from your Contacts will have incoming call, it will blink (green blinking icon)."
Però il nome contatto rimane grigio, nel qual caso le indicazioni dicono di verificare il SIP Server.
Le chiedo se il BLF è abilitato ed eventualmente dove sbaglio nella configurazione ??
(ho provato ad allegare due schermate da neanche 200 kb ciascuna ma il forum mi dà dimensioni eccessive......)
